WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your Reflekt Skincare purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will happily refund your account for the full amount of your purchase.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We provide free standard ground shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Standard ground shipping arrives approximately 4-5 business days after your order is processed.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Log in to your account and go to the Orders tab. This is where you can see all your shipping and tracking information.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can use the tracking information from your Account in the Orders section to locate your package. If that doesn’t work, email us at email@example.com and we will track it down for you.
