What is your return policy?
If you aren’t satisfied, return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Reflekt Skincare is not responsible for return shipping costs. To start the return process, contact us at hi@reflektskincare.com

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States.

What is your shipping policy?
Standard ground shipping is free for orders of $60 or more, and your products should arrive in approximately 4-5 business days once the order is processed.

How can I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account and go to the Orders tab. This is where you can see all your shipping and tracking information.

I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
You can use the tracking information from your Account in the Orders section to locate your package. If that doesn’t work, email us at hi@reflektskincare.com and we will track it down for you.

What if I receive the wrong product?
We apologize for this inconvenience and take full responsibility for this mistake! Email us at hi@reflektskincare.com and we will get you the right product as soon as possible.
