We want you to love your Reflekt purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to hi@reflektskincare.com. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after your items have been delivered. Once we've received your return, we will process a refund to your original form of payment. Please note: we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

We currently ship anywhere within the United States.

We provide free standard ground shipping on orders over $50.

Standard ground shipping arrives approximately 4-5 business days after your order is processed.

Log in to your account and go to the Orders tab. This is where you can see all of your shipping and tracking information.

You can use the tracking information from your Account in the Orders section to locate your package. If that doesn't work, email us at hi@reflektskincare.com and we will track it down for you.

Yes! While most exfoliants are harsh and meant to be used as an occasional treatment, Reflekt 1 is a pioneering product intended for twice-daily use. Our gentle, all-natural jojoba beads and powerful ingredients will nurture and hydrate your complexion with each use — we promise.

You'll see results, but it’s meant to be used twice daily to reap the full benefits. Trust us on this.
